Jodi and Peg both bring a design background of a 4 year design degree and decades of experience. We also have “continuing education” by attending the international furniture market each year and gleaning knowledge of trends and new introductions. This means you are working with someone who has “been there, done that”.
When you bring us your questions, or problems, we approach them with knowledge of what has worked in the past and a mindset of finding the best outcome for the customer. This does not always mean the most expensive; there are places where a project demands more of a budget in one area and pulling things in a bit in another, in order to achieve the best outcome for you.
Many times we can best be of service by stopping out to see your project, familiarizing ourselves with your needs and wants, and any existing items you will be incorporating. We then go back to the store to brainstorm a bit and offer you options as a starting point. From there we work with you to select products for your home or business. This is how we can offer our services at no charge to you.
We are aware that there will be times we need to go beyond what we carry as products. In these situations we are still able to offer advice and guidance, but if you would like us to help in this way we would then be in a position of charging an hourly rate.
